Dr. Evelyn Cavalier initially trained and practiced in Internal Medicine before she changed her track to podiatry. She graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine with several notable honors. Dr. Cavalier completed residency training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery (an affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical Center). To further her education in the field, she completed a fellowship year in Wound Care, a rare exception among other podiatrists, earning the specialization title of 'Certified Wound Specialist,' by the American Board of Wound Management.
Dr. Cavalier is a unique physician who has the broad medical knowledge of an Internist, yet the acuity and specialization of a highly trained Podiatrist. We are proud to offer our patients one the finest foot specialists.
