I was extremely late for my appointment. The receptionist offered to squeeze me in or reschedule. I opted to squeeze in and the wait was almost immediate. Dr. Casper was very informative and thoroughly explained my options.
Doctor Casper was attentive to my needs from the onset. He listened intently as I discribed the nasal discomfort being experienced. Dr. Casper summarized his diagnosis immediately in terms that were easily understood. He outlined a comprehensive in-office examination I was going to have. The exam was completed without discomfort. Dr. Casper finished the office visit by giving me a few prescriptions that will decrease the inflamation; a relief I am already feeling. I would highly recommend Dr. Casper to any family member or friend who required the professional services of an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist.
