Once I got in to see Dr. Accardi, my experience was exceptional -- very friendly, asked the right questions and answered mine. ZocDoc told me my appointment was at 9, the office called and said 9:15, and I didn't get seen by the doctor til quarter of 10, so that's not great. And there was a screaming match in the lobby after a patron harassed the receptionist for having a picture of her wife on her desk, for which the patient should really be apologizing, but it did make the office a bit of a hostile environment.
