He's a comedian! I actually really liked seeing him and his bedside manner was better than any OBG I've ever been to. Going in for a pap is usually a pretty gross and uncomfortable experience for me, but we laughed through it. It was actually great. I'm definitely coming back here!

My wait was long because of a condition I had and was waiting for specialist. This may be irrelevant but to me it adds to the experience with the doctor. Perhaps, it is me and don't know how other patients are treated on the phone and in person. The receptionist should have more professionalism and not have a rude undertone of voice when speaking with patients. You are the front line for the Doctor you are respresenting. I understand what is involved in being a front desk receptionist.I have years of experience and I know the difference with good customer service and a rude one. In the future, I hope the Dr. who has good bedside manners and a charismatic personality and knows what he is doing won't lose his patients because of his front desk receptionist.The receptionist is the only "gripe" I have when I have to deal with the Doctor.

This was my 3rd visit and was quite pleased with Dr G's efficiency and personality. My only complaint is the wait time; which can vary depending on when you go. My 1st visit was booked on ZocDoc on a Sat. at 10:45am with only a 10 min wait; my 2nd visit was a follow up at noon which took over 2 hours. The follow up wasn't even necessary but the Dr. insisted I come back after my annual to discuss the results. Other doctors I've visited only call you if there are complications in the results; there shouldn't be copay charge if the visit is for a follow up. I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes after a 2 hr wait only to be in excellent health! I'm not sure why they needed to waste my time & money. My last visit was only a 30 minute wait but this time on a weekday. I suggest going on a weekday during lunch since it was quiet and fast. Dr. G was friendly, efficient and made you feel at ease.
