Wait Time
Long wait (1 hour) in the front area and then a long wait (20 min) inside the actual room. GOOD: Dr. Jean-Baptiste was professional and knowledgeable. BAD: I needed to have my results faxed to a specialist and they never sent them. I felt like they wanted me off the phone so they just said they'd send it. There's also a lot of patients so there's an urgency to get people in and out so some bedside manner gets reduced.

The receptionist was kind, the check-in process for a new patient was hi-tech and easy. The clinical staff was sweet & knowledgeable. Dr. Jean-Baptiste was very professional, personable and experienced.

I think this doctor was competent and professional, but it wasn't a very personal experience. It felt almost more like a hospital vibe, and less like a small intimate practice.

I was previously diagnosed with a terminal illness. Dr. Jean-Baptiste was extremely kind and gentle. He spent an hour with me and he went over all of my options. He is very intelligent. He clarified all of my confusion. Before this visit, I had no idea about what I was going to do. He is God sent. And the most amazing thing about this doctor is that he saw that I could not really afford this visit and charged me nothing for the visit.

The doctor was fine, but he only spent 10 minutes with me after a wait of 80 minutes. That ratio stinks.

He's very approachable and seems kind. But the wait to just get lab results was a but much--40+mins. Eek!

Dr. Gary appeared to be nice and well spoken. I waited more than 30 minutes before being seen by him. I wasn't annoyed because i have waited longer at other physicians office. I am not sure if I will continue seeing him because I went there choosing him as a PCP and paid a co pay which i was not responsible for. Also I went for a full physical including a pap smear which was not performed. Dr. Gary mentioned that he would conduct a pap smear before taking my vitals. It is unclear why it wasn't performed. Last but not least I was not sure if coming back for a second appointment to read lab results is necessary, it seemed a bit strange or maybe it is me. I do have an upcoming appointment where I will address these issues. Hopefully it all goes well because the staff, Dr. Gary was nice and the clinic was clean. I would love to continue going there.

I find Dr Jean-Baptiste to be very Knowledgeable, warm, personable and attentive. I would recommend him to anyone at anytime.He is an excellent doctor with an excellent support staff.

Dr. Jean-Baptiste was very nice, but his office wasn't very well-run. I had to wait forever for my appointment, and the nurse managed to leave huge bruises on both my arms while attempting to draw blood

Gary was great to see. His staff was friendly and professional. Most importantly for me, very efficient at what they do. Gary was easy to talk to, which I always appreciate in a MD.

The doctor was very nice, although only saw me for about 3 minutes after an hour and a half wait with very few other patients around. Wasn't 100% sure he took the time I would have liked to diagnose my illness. Five days later, my condition has not changed, even with the meds he put me on. Again, he is very nice, but I am not sure I will go back.

Wonderful physician, his bedside manner was excellent! Very professional yet down-to-earth, making it very easy to communicate. Dr. Jean-Baptiste made sure to address all the questions and/or concerns I had during the appointment.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:45. I arrived at 3:40 and left at 5:20. I saw the doctor for a total of 3 minutes. I will never go back to this office again. He was in such a rush and and I spent the entire time waiting.

Couldn't have chosen a better medical facility. Some doctors although they may not mean to do it, make you feel like you are standing before God, but Dr. Jean-Baptiste is such a regular person, you feel at ease right away.

I was feeling quite sickly and his staff was sensitive to my mood. They asked me if I needed to lay down or if I needed any water! I was satisfied and once I saw the Dr. I was taken care of promptly and efficiently. I do believe I will return as my visit was a pleasurable one, all things considered.

Overall the visit was fine. The office was not very clean, and the receptionist was talking on her Blackberry about a boy. The doctor was polite, but very fast, even though there were no other patients waiting.
