Dr.K was very professional and accommodating.I appreciated the level of diagnostic services he was able to offer at that location. He understood my time restrictions and did his best to work around my schedule. He a definate five *****doc.

Any doctor who doesn't keep you in suspense, but comes out with "you don't have cancer" while he's still examining you deserves five stars for bedside manner, in my view.

It was my appt with Dr. Klein. He was very kind and thorough and could speak in lay terms. I didn't have a long way, either

The staff and the doctor were all courteous, professional and quite helpful. I was taken care of very well.

The doctor knew what he was doing, but I found his bedside manner a bit brusque. I will probably go back, but I might try and find someone else.

Dr. Klein made me feel at ease right away. I discussed my problem and at the end of my visit he came up with a solution. The staff was equally hospitable.

This was my second visit with Dr. Klein. Both times have been very good experiences. Dr. Klein is on time, reviews all of the tests and takes as much time as needed to answer and explain any questions. Dr. Klein has even called after 5PM to follow up with test results. Very professional and dedicated to patients.

Dr. Klein is an excellent physician, and he took the time to explain treatment options clearly and in detail. He was patient with my many questions, and I felt very confident in him. Can't recommend him highly enough!

I would never recommend Dr. George Klein. - The appointment was at 8:30am and the office wasn't even open. - They asked to take a photo for records.. I have never experienced that before. And when I politely declined, they said it was office policy. Then why ask? - I was charged part credit and asked to pay the remaining balance in cash. I had no cash. The office had no idea where the nearest ATM was. I walked 5 blocks and one avenue to do this. - Dr. Klein was rude, condescending and told me to be quiet for a second when I continued to tell him my symptoms so that he could talk through his mic that transcribed for him. - Office staff did not know the breakdown of my charges when I inquired about the total. I am very disappointed with this doctor and with Zocdoc for the misleading reviews.

Gives straight answers. Good wait time. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Klein was excellent. I took pot luck with zocdoc hoping to find someone who took my insurance and chose Dr. Klein because he was holding a child (his grandson - same age as mine) - I liked that. And somebody up there liked me because Dr. Klein was friendly, thorough and direct about some of the challenges I was having - he was delightful and professional. He deserves a high recommendation.

This doctor seemed to have a lot of patients, but I would not go back to him. The office seemed to be run in an unprofessional and disorganized manner. On two separate visits I was told to give a urine sample but to my surprise there were no antiseptic wipes in the bathroom, which should always be used to prevent contamination of the sample. There were also no paper towels in the bathroom on both occasions. In addition, the wait time was quite long. I was told that I would receive a call back regarding my test results and I did NOT- so I had to call several times before I could receive an answer. The receptionist was also supposed to schedule a follow-up visit, which she neglected to do. As for the doctor himself, I did not care for his demeanor at all- when I asked questions regarding my condition he seemed annoyed and unwilling to answer them in any detail. I ended up completing all of the tests and procedures he recommended, but finally decided I was unwilling to spend any more money at this doctor's office. Overall I had a very negative experience here, and would definitely look elsewhere for another urologist.

Great experience. Dr. Klein was very kind, professional, and informative. The office staff were also very professional and friendly. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with this office and definitely recommend a visit.

It went OK. He appears to be a competent and knowledgable doctor. I was not particularly happy with the long wait, plus he prescribed a herbal vitimin he has in the office, but his staff forgot to give it to me. Now I have to go back all the way uptown (from 14th and Union Sq) to 72nd to pick up the stuff.

I made a first-time appointment to see Dr. Klein on very short notice, and was treated with such kindness and understanding, you would think we were old friends! This man certainly has a gift for understanding what a patient is going through, and my visit was tailor-made just for me. Thanks so much Dr. Klein, see you in 2 weeks for my follow-up.
