In 1963, I started my private practice of dermatology in San Jose, California. After several years I moved to Saratoga where I have continued to practice for over 35 years. During those years I have seen some remarkable changes in the field. In my early years I treated skin diseases and did very little surgery. As dermatology became more of a surgical field, I took many post graduate courses in skin surgery and cosmetic procedures. In the l980’s I became interested in fat transplantation to fill in facial wrinkles. I went to Paris, France to learn liposuction and fat transplantation from the experts there. From then on I have been performing a variety of cosmetic procedures including laser, filling agents, Thermage and Botox.
I enjoy providing cosmetic procedures because I like to make patients look better and feel better about themselves.

Very professional and very thorough.
I was a patient of hers before the Calfiornia Skin Institute merged and somehow I started going to the offices on Good Samaritan Drive. They never were able to help. Then I went to a derm. in Los Gatos, no help. So I came back home, per se. She diagnosed my condition and was very helpful.
Dr. Abrams is very straightforward and to the point. She's efficient with your time and doesn't mess around.
