I am a Board-Certified psychiatrist who graduated from medical school as valedictorian of my class and completed my psychiatric residency training at NYU Medical/Bellevue Hospital Center. I treat adults & young adults struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, relationship problems, body image/eating issues, adjustment difficulties, loss/grief, insomnia, stress management, and the rigors of academic and professional life.

I have a warm/personable style to psychotherapy and prescribe medications only when necessary. I also advocate the benefits of exercise and physical fitness for mental well-being and integrate this into my treatment approach as needed.
