I arrived 15 minutes early and was not seen until an hour later. Dr. Johnson was satisfactory. It was not my worst dr's office experience, nor was it my best. I was surprised to learn that they do not accept credit/debit for copays of new patients.

I will use this doctor for simple issues, but other than that I was quite disappointed with the her responses to the services that I was asking for.

Dr. Johnson was great. Very professional and helpful. Her staff is somewhat unprofessional. Watching TV, talking on cell phones, internet shopping while seeing patients. I'm sure their professionalism would have sped the whole process along much faster, but an OK visit nonetheless. Dr. Johnson's pleasant demeanor definitely made the wait worthwhile.
