Very professional and nice staff! The doctor took the time to listen and answer questions. Did above what was necessary with tests to make sure I was comfortable with my diagnosis.

Dr. Grace is wonderful, and I like her more with every visit. I have MAJOR anxiety with needles, but she was very understanding and kind to me, allowing me to bring my fiance in the room with me while they drew blood, to help calm me down. And the nurse did a great job, it was very quick. All in all a very good experience, in spite of the horrible scary needles.

Dr. Grace was wonderful. At first I was a little uneasy, because the front room was a little bit dusty, they had a manual card reader for my copay, and the receptionists spoke heavilly accented, mediocre English. But, those fears were completely gone when I got into the back. After a short wait, the doctor came in and her bedside manner was excellent. She was very attentive, knowledgable, and helpful. A very good listener, concerned for my comfort and peace of mind, all around an excellent caregiver. I will be coming back to her for my follow up.

I thought that Dr. Grace Quing Chai was extremely professional. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was able to diagnose my wife's skin condition instantly. We had previously visited a dermatologist, whom we thought was a specialist. Unfortunately the dermatologist had falsely diagnosed my wife's skin condition almost one year ago. After having suffered for months, following the advice of the dermatologist and having used the prescribed medicine, my wife's skin condition remained uncured. Frustrated, we decided to visit Dr. Grace Quing Chai. Ultimately she prescribed a treatment that is actually working to treat my wife's skin condition known as eczema, which the former dermatologist had failed to properly diagnose. Dr. Quing Chai had one look and was able to discern that it was eczema or possibly psoriasis. Due to the fact that small blisters were present she was able to immediately determine that my wife had eczema as opposed to psoriasis. We are more than satisfied with the service and caring consultation that we had received and would highly recommend Dr. Quing Chai to anyone seeking medical treatment for skin treatment or for general health care as well. Through our positive experience and very caring and personable attitude from Dr. Quing Chai we have now chosen her as our preferred Doctor for the future and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking medical care.

First time with Dr. Chai. She is very kind and explained all problems thoroughly. She is very careful with the medicine that she prescribed. Unlike my previous doctor, she listens to what I have to say about my reactions to certain medicine and gave me the best solutions. As far as I can tell she is very experienced. She asked relevant questions as soon as she saw my face because I had some acne. I would recommend her to my family.
