I found Dr. Bernstein to be very knowledgeable and reassuring. I was nervous and concerned when I arrived and he put my mind at ease. I left his office feeling better, more confident and ready to recommend him to anyone.

I found the visit very comfortable. Dr. Bernstein was knowledgeable with a supportive bedside manner. I was very nervous and he put my mind at ease.
He was efficient and friendly, though at first, seemed a bit rushed, To be expected, as everyone seems to be rushed these days.

By far, the most professional and proficient doctor's office that I have been to. The receptionist, the medical assistant, and of course Dr. Bernstein are all first class.

Found Dr. Bernstein on ZocDoc after a kidney stone attack the week of Thanksgiving. Great location less than 3 miles from my residence. Went to office on Beauregard St. The setting and staff was very professional. Was seen 20 minutes prior to appt. time. Dr. Bernstein has a casual/relaxing bed side manner. He explains in layman terms, even does a good drawing of the kidney! Saw him on Friday, had surgery the following Tuesday. The surgery staff at Virginia Hospital Center was friendly, informative, caring. The goal is to never have to go thru this again, but if I do, Dr. Bernstein will definitely be contacted. Thank You
