The office was a bit chaotic and I'm not sure a separate Intake office (or even position) was all that necessary as Kliot and two nurses each asked me the very same questions, all cutting me off when I tried to explain. I suppose they were just trying to get all of their patients in and out as quickly as they could, but I was moved from chair to chair in the process, hence the feeling of chaos. As a doctor, Kliot is very impersonal. In his favor, he did a wonderful job of explaining to me the whats and whys (before I'd even asked) and I had no problem understanding it when he was finished.

The office was very clean and presentable and the nurses were very nice but I felt that DR Kliot was a little cold and stand offish. I had never had full examanation by an obgyn before because I never had insurance and could not afford it, when he asked me if I had ever been to an obgyn I told him no just to clinics and he said "at your age"???? He said it in a very shocked and almost disgusted tone. I must say it made me feel ashamed and very small. When I came into his office he was steady typing on his laptop almost never making eye contact with me or talking to me at all. When he delivered results to me about by sonogram he did not make it very clear to what they meant and I didn't feel comfortable saying much. Overall the visit was not pleaseant and he has a very cold bedside manner. I will not use him again and woils not refer him. Doctors usually find stuff out from the patients through conversation and openness, but not with this doctor
