Patient Reviews for Hai Cao, MD
Dr. Cao is always courteous to me and pleasant with my children. He does an excellent job at identifying the patient's and parents' needs and gives appropriate anticipatory guidance.
very dry and not your idea of a "kid" doctor...needs a little softening around the edges....
We really like Dr. Cao. He is prompt, courteous and kind to my child. He is very pleasant and takes the time to answer all of my questions. We highly recommend him.
Dr. Cao was very kind and informative. Great with children and adults. Very professional.
I liked Dr. Cao. I have been looking for a pediatrician that sees little people as "people" and who looks at the whole person. He seems to fit that profile. I liked that he spoke directly to my son, and saw him at his 39" level. I thought the nurse/tech was terrible. I actually prompted my three year old say hello and introduce himself to her to model good manners. She is a weak link in the practice. Front office was good, and I liked the waiting area. It was clean and bright and spacious.
Dr. Cao has been my baby's pediatrician since birth. He has always been professional, attentive, and respectful. The wait times at his practice, however, have always been long.
He is not our usual doctor in the practice but diagnosed our daughter right away and told us what to do to help her. Highly recommended!
