I received a phone call from this office confirming my appt at a different time that I scheduled it for online. I questioned the caller, stating I thought my appt was earlier in the day. Her response was condescending to say the least, as if I was totally wrong. After the phone call I checked my calendar to see if I'd entered the wrong time because the time she gave didnt work with my schedule. I called back and spoke with someone else and, for some reason I was on the schedule twice???
