everyone was very nice but it it just too hard to sit and wait for an hour and a half when all you want to do is get into bed.

She was incredibly knowledgeable and also very sweet. She actually hugged me when we discussed my possible diagnosis and was very sweet.

I was seen by Dr. Kopel. She was great, took her time to explain herself and any questions I had. I would highly recommend her or Dr. A.

Wait time was absolutely absurd. There were no patients in the waiting area upon my arrival- signed in 15 minutes early for my appointment and it still look over a complete hour before the doctor came to my room. All in all the combined time I was at the office was over 2 hours. The whole point of scheduling an appointment is to make my daily schedule flow more efficiently.

Dr. A is always ready with a smile on her face. She takes the time to address my concerns and leaves me completely satisfied.

SHe is very pofesional and gives good advices about your health.

the staff are horrible, the wait times are atrocious, in the 3 times we have been to that office I was seen in 35, 1:42, and 45 minutes. I took my daughter in on a Monday morning and had to wait 45 minutes (there was 1 other patient in the waiting room when I arrived, they weren't busy at all) Dr. A is awesome but I don't think worth the wait

My big complaint is that I had an appointment which was scheduled 4 days in advance and ZOCDOC made the appointment with the doctor for 2 weeks later which left me sitting in a waiting room with a 7 year old son for almost 2 hours. In my opinion, that is not acceptable.

The wait was long, maybe because this was my first visit, but Dr. Alaidroos was very nice and was quick without rushing.

Waited way too longer

I get very nervous when meeting a new doctor, but Dr. A made me feel so comfortable assuring me she would take care of me nomatter what my history was. I can see myself with her for a long time just because she seemed like she really cared.

Excellent facility, she was courteous and helpful, though this appointment was brief, so I didn't get an in-depth experience. Only real problem was the wait, but I've rarely had short waits at a doctor's office.

She is great, very understanding. :)

The lovely and talented Dr. Alaidroos is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain what's going on. Far, far superior to my previous (quite useless) doctor. Recommended.

She's very nice and understands that just because you may have the same symptoms as someone else, the issue may be totally different in your case.

She's a good doctor, nice personality, and great appointment hours are offered; however, I've seen her three times and the first two times the wait was an hour each and the last time was almost two hours wait before seeing her. Very frustrating and the only reason I wouldn't refer any friends to her and also why I probably will find another doctor. Unfortunate.

This was my first visit to the Arbor Green Clinic. Dr. Alaidroos was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. I felt comfortable during the whole consultation, and she explained what she was doing as she went. Overall a good experience!

My wife and me got to know about her some years ago when by fortune we visited over there and she was the doctor to work on us. We have never been so greatful and bless. When the health industry is going downhill and doctors don't care much about their patients; Dr Hania brought new light to the Doctor--Patient relationship with us.
