Dr. Helen Flamenbaum MD

Very sincere, down to earth and informative dermatologist. Had to wait for 40 minutes before seeing the doctor and I was the first appointment; otherwise, it was a great experience.

I went to the appointment with both my daughters. The three of us were treated so nicely by the staff, and by Dr. Flamenbaum. She was engaging to the girls and really listened to them when she asked a question. We all really liked her and would definitelenly recommend her to our friends and family. The only drawback I experienced was the prescriptions we received were very expensive for my insurance company and I cannot afford them. I called the office and they are working on seeing about generic substitutes, and said they would give me more samples. It was a nice way to resolve a problem. : )

Nice doctor but waiting time was close to an hour and actual visit was 5 minutes long!

She was really nice and had very good suggestions. I just felt a bit rushed tho. Bedside manner not too good.
