I really liked that it wasn't set up like a stuffy medical office. I also enjoyed the classical music performances playing on the monitors. I was a bit disappointed with the overall wait time, and it seemed the women at the front desk were unfamiliar with the ZocDoc platform and were confused when I said that is where I set up my appointment.
