Dr. Howard Menikoff MD

In general, I do not feel comfortable when a doctor does not consult with his/her patient before doing something. You know what I mean...you are sitting there, waiting to talk about your medical situation and the doctor just starts preparing tests? This guy gave me the wrong tests - I requested food allergy tests, he ran environmental allergy tests. I went back many times and never felt that I got any actual diagnosis for what I went in for: a breathing issue. Also put me on more than one medication at the same time. Hundreds of dollars later, now I know I am allergic to ragweed and dust mites. Great. Not going back.

I would recommend Dr. Menikoff to anyone looking for an allergist. He is well-informed in his field and knows exactly what questions to ask to figure out what to do next. He also gave me ample time to ask my own questions. He responded to my questions to the best of his knowledge and was very honest. Also, the wait time was almost non-existent. I filled out the first-time patient paperwork, sat down and got right back up (and then sat down in the doctor's office).
