He was very understanding, and tried his best to help me in any way that he can. He was caring and very honest with me.

I had a positive experience with Dr. De Los Santos. He was able to address all of my questions and concerns in a manner which made me feel I had options. Although my initial phone contact with the staff was a little "rocky" they were quite pleasant upon arrival. I will definitely keep Dr. De Los Santos as my OBGYN moving forward.

Dr De Los Santos is a wonderful doctor he listens well and makes you feel very comfortable.... I would highly recommend him.

I thought the doctor himself was great very professional and humble. The staff however was not so great I waited an hour past my appointment time and after my appointment waited a good 5 mins for the receptionist to acknowledge me standing in front of her to make my next appointment! If Dr. De Los Santos wasn't so great I don't know that I'd come back!

First time at the ob-gyn, couldn't have been better! Dr. De Los Santos was really great. Made the experience very comfortable. He knew I was nervous and explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with my visit and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

It was great, he was very professional yet you could tell he and other staff cared and wanted to make a difference. For example, I am new to Texas and my GPS lead me to a small town out in the middle of nowhere and it was only then that I realized I was lost. However; the Dr. Office was so very kind and kept my appointment even though I was an hour late and they had other clients!!

Dr. De Los Santiago is a EXCEPTIONAL DOCTOR! Iam currently a patient of his and would recommend him to anyone. He has a level of care that is above a normal doctors duties. I'm looking forward to giving birth this Febuary.

Dr. Humberto De Los Santos was excellent! I was the Foster Care Provider for Donna Teel. We were taking Donna to see him. Turns out, I felt so comfortable talking with him, I intend to see him also. I am not a fan of going to any doctor. I will go to the Doctor because he makes you feel comfortable. He has a wonderful, caring personality.

Dr. De Los Santos was very patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. He took the time to address them completely before moving on with the exam. Not once did he ever make me feel rushed or "herded". He took the time to explain the sonogram imaging to me which no one had ever done prior to this visit.

I visited Dr. Santos for the first time on yesterday and I was welcomed with a warm smile. He was patience and knowledgeable about the question I was asking him. I do not have a main Doctor that I see but I am going to make he my Doctor. Thank you Dr. Santos and staff for welcoming me and making me feel comfortable as a new patient.

My experience with Mr.Santos was pleasant and he was very knowledgeable.He answered all my questions as well as help me find a primary care the staff was very professional and patient with I was a new patient and will reccommend him to everyone I know. The office was neat and clean as well as gave you a warm feeling to wait to be seen. This was one of the best experiences I have had dealing with doctors as a new patient

The visit went great. I would only ask for a little more privacy. For example after my sonogram I needed to clean up my 30 week pregnant belly and pull my undies up but the doctor did not leave the room and I felt innapropriate so Most of the gel ended up on my dress because I did not feel comfortable celaning up with the Dr. there.
