She was a good doctor, but a little stiff

the doctor was very nice and answered all the questions i had about my visit. The wait seemed to be unreasonably long. I am always at least 15 minutes early to my appointments and i wasnt seen until a little over an hr and a half AFTER i had already filled out all of my paperwork. Also the copay was higher than expected. other than that the dr herself was great

Dr. Nguyen was very professional and friendly all at the same time. She had an excellent bedside manor and I felt like I could be honest with her. I am definitely making her my primary care doctor.

Not very personable at all... I went in for a flu shot, noted that my visit was for a flu shot online, even called in advance and today they were out of flu shots.... HORRIBLE!!
