Nice guy with a good manner. Very slow process. Maybe it's Brooklyn
I was satisfied with Dr. Ahmad. He was thorough and listened attentively. He prescribed a few additional procedures as a precaution which helped to put my mind at ease and took his time in listening to my concerns. Dr. Ahmad aside, I felt his support staff at Park Slope Cardiac were a little scattered and rushed and really need to focus more on good patient stewardship during visits - being discreet on reasons for visit, walking customers to the rooms they need to go to and providing calm, clear and specific instructions on how to get to other facilities (I was sent to a closed x-ray office at NY Methodist without knowledge I had a prescription)
Excellent. More than I expected. Kind,specific, clear, and when I shed a tear, he was very present with me.
