Dr. Ilona Carlos MD, FACOG

I thought Dr Carlos was great and everyone in the office was really nice.

Great! Fast, professional. Outside of a few unruly children unfornuate to be watched by a Dad more interested in his iphone than in stopping them from sneaking in and out of the waiting room, the visit was wonderful.

Very professional yet personable. Listened to what I was saying and respected my opinion.

She is so nice and efficient. I enjoyed seeing her.

Dr. Carlos is very nice and patient. But the office doesn't have lab so you have to wait 3-5 days to get exam result.

She was extremely helpful and very approachable for questions.

I waited longer than I was actually seen by the Dr. But she had great advice, im glad I went.

Although the wait was long they apologized. It was my first gyno visit and I was made very comfortable and Dr Carlos was very understanding and comforting. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Carlos was extremely nice, but the front desk staff is horrible. Very unfriendly and not professional.

Dr. Carlos is fantastic! She was very friendly, but didn't waste my time by chatting too long. We quickly moved through the generic questionnaire and got to the purpose of the appointment. She took time to answer my questions and gave honest recommendations.

I enjoyed my actual appointment and would (and have!) absolutely recommend Dr. Carlos to anyone. I work for a medical practice so perhaps I'm being picky, but my insurance was not pre-verified (although I sent it in and spoke with the receptionist on the phone. Instead I waited 45 min to be seen for my paperwork to be processed. To boot, I was told I owed $20 because I was charged the wrong copay at my last visit because it wasn't pre-verified the last time either. I know better to insist next time that my info be verified before my visit. However, once I got into the exam room it was smooth sailing!
