The office and staff were great. Super friendly, energetic and able to help with all of my questions. I went in for a thorough exam and they also set me up with an additional test when I complained about headaches. They didn't have the glasses I wanted in stock, but it was easy to order, and I still received them quickly! My only issue is that when I received my glasses, they didn't fit perfectly on my face. The office staff were swamped and weren't able to help me adjust them. They still slip off from time to time. Might go back in to see what we can do about that...

What an absolute pleasure!!! Dr. Shiyan was professional, knowledgable and a lot of fun! The exam was fast and convenient. The office staff was paramount in helping come to a decision on which frames to buy (i'm the king of indecision). The whole experience was simply great! All-in-all, if you have eyes, you should choose Dr. Shiyan to take care of them for you.

Extremely friendly and helpful.

Totally amazing experience today with Dr. Shiyan and her fabulous staff. The office has been mobbed for days with people like me trying to squeeze in visits before the end of the year, and everyone was smiling and helpful. I didn't have to wait at all, and had skillful help picking frames that were stylish and fun.

Dr. Shiyan was great! I woke up with what I thought was an eye infection and made an appointment to see her. She was very prompt, professional AND Most Important, HONEST. After an evaluation, Dr. Shiyan informed me that I did not have an eye infection and it was a "skin problem" (which it was). She effectively ruled out an eye infection and didn't waste my time. I was able to make a last minute appointment with my dermatologist and get the prescription I needed. I will be back to see her in a few weeks for a thorough eye exam and new frames!

Her office was very neat and clean. She took her time explaining my problem and answering all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. The turn around time on my glasses was very short and I am seeing great with them. Her assistant was nice and made choosing my new frames a breeze.

Irina was ok. Most likely not returning to this office though, because it was so small and didn't really give off the impression of being a medical grade, sanitary environment. Also, her front desk associate was extremely pushy about selling eyeglasses from their store. The office needs a proper waiting area. The waiting area is the store.

Great overall experience: from eye exam and frame selection, to ease of insurance. Will go back!

She taught me things about me vision I never knew! And I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years!

The overall visit and eye check were fine, if not a little rushed. I think her practice of having people choose a frame while their eyes are dilating is counterproductive bc you can't see what you're choosing. The doctor also has a very unprofessional phone demeanor. She not only was rude to my mother, whose insurance I'm on, but also to the insurance representative who called to speak with her regarding a claim issue. I won't be recommending anyone to this doctor.
