Dr. Jack Bruder MD

I did not like the waiting. i waited almost an hour and half to see him. I really don't think this is right. I was about to walk out when they called my name. other that that everybody at the office were very nice.

The front desk staff is the very BEST I've ever experienced in a doctors office (especially the pretty lady whose name starts with a C). They are highly efficient, nice, and professional. Dr. Bruder has helped me with many issues that I'm sadly dealing with at this age. He is very knowledgable in Urology and I have kept coming back even when I get a cold. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Incompetence.

Very nice staff. Long wait. Doctor is very knowledgeable and to the point. The session was very brief though.

Waited for over an hour, to then be rushed out of my consultation with the Dr.

Very pleasant admin staff. Had to wait 2 hours to see Dr. Bruder. Visit with Dr. Bruder was not very personal. Got the impression he just wanted to get in and get out.

Dr. Bruder was very kind and professional. His staff is phenomenal...efficient and friendly. The experience was very good although there was a little waiting involved but much better than most midtown doctors offices I've visited.

One of the papers asked to sign was for permission to receive solicitation from a third party. Office was shared with several other unrelated doctors without their names on the door. It did not feel professional, felt like an old run down office, and my privacy did not feel important. On a positive, the wait time was not too long.
