Dr. Jack Troper - MD

Jack Troper, founded Boro Park Obstetrics and Gynecology, PC, in 1986, together with Dr. Reizis. His tireless commitment to serve the women in the community has resulted in what has become the largest obstetrical and gynecological practice in the New York City area. He received his ... more... medical degree from Univeridad Autonoma de Guadalajara Medical School. After finishing an internship at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Troper completed his OB/GYN residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. During his Senior year, he was elected Chief Resident.

Dr. Troper is currently the Director of the Laboratory at Boro Park OB/GYN. He is also an Assistant Professor in OB/GYN at Maimonides Medical Center, SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He works closely teaching the Residents and medical students to ensure that the highest obstetrical and gynecological standards prevail. He is a Fellow in the American College of International Physicians, and the American College of Laparoscopists.

He has been recognized by multiple organizations, including Physician of the Year by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Maimonides, and is the recipient of the much coveted Community Service Award by the Sephardic Friends of Maimonides Medical Center.

As the father of 4 children, including a set of triplets, Dr. Troper is at the cutting edge of delivering state of the art healthcare to mothers of multiples. He is integrally involved with the mothers of multiples division of the organization N’Shei CARES, a division of Agudah Women of America.

Dr. Troper is fluent in Yiddish and Spanish and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
