Dr. Williams was phenomenal and will definitely be our ENT from now on. He was incredibly cheerful, friendly, and kind. I wish every doctor was like this - it would make the ridiculous amount of specialists I have to see much easier to endure. Many doctors are judgmental, condescending and make all kinds of assumptions. Dr. Williams did no such thing, and he talked through his thought process so that we could see where he was going. He thinks logically, clearly, and and knows what he's doing. It's a refreshing change from the usual doctor visit. He was reassuring about my problem but scheduled a follow-up to make sure that it was solved, because, as he said, he is stubborn and will keep looking for a solution and not just let a problem fall into nothing as so many doctors will do. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good ENT. Moreover, his practice, unlike so many others in the DC-MD-VA region, does not FIRE patients for not being able to make appointments or having to cancel/reschedule. In an area with so many professionals it is hard to imagine why any doctor would do this! Dr. Williams is terrific and I actually look forward to seeing him again - as soon as my busy schedule allows!

I never feel rushed or as though I am not being heard. Dr. Williams makes sure my issues are completely addressed and explains things in easy to understand terms. He is also always in a great mood!

Dr. Williams is one of the few doctors I look forward to seeing. He listens and he takes time to explain things. He is understanding and never makes me feel like I am asking a dumb question, even when I am. He is always happy and personable!

Dr. Williams was wonderful with my 1 year old and was excellent at explaining the issues and providing options. We felt he walked a good line between being conservative and yet proactively ensuring the health of our child. We would highly recommend him.

Dr. Williams was very personable. He listened to me and did not rush me in any way. He was very busy but still took the time to chat with me and fully assess my symptoms. The medical assistant Aaron was also very friendly and efficient as well the woman who did my hearing test. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams.
