Very long wait.

Doc Jacob was very pleasant he listen and give us advice his office atmosphere was clean. I impress with his service.

He is worth coming back because very compassionate and knowledgeable

He's extremely friendly and smart! He listens well and had my problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. He also went over the importance of wearing sunscreen and encouraged my at home chemical peels. I can say enough about him! Totally awesome and smart doctor! I am scheduled for a followup in a month and would recommend Dr. Dudelzak in a heartbeat! For those looking for dermatologist that can treat AA skin-please see Dr. Dudelzak...he knows how sensitive our skin is and gave me tips on how to prevent post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (dark spots). He's the best. See for yourself.

Dr. Dudelzak was very informative, thorough, and kind. There was almost no wait at his office. His staff was also very pleasant, which is also important. I will definitely be seeing him again in the future with any of my or my families' dermatological concerns.

His Hempstead office is kind of sketchy. The building looks abandoned.

Dr. Jacob made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me before hand. He's also very friendly and loves to smile. I've already recommended him to my co-workers and two friends who have made appointments to visit him next week.

Doctor Dudelzak is very friendly. He makes you feel comfortable. He is very young but has a lot of experiencr. Also you feel that he cares about you and your problem.

Dr.Jacob is very kind and has a real down to earth personality. I went in for acne and purchased his own made acne cream. I hope it works.

I think that every doctor has a different approach and Doctor Dudelzak wanted to have a biopsy for two of my moles. I was skeptical and I asked a second opinion and another dermatologist told me that there was no need to cut, stitch and suffer. I will ask a third opinion but I am not very happy with this visit. In 30 minutes he repeated that "people die of skin cancer" at least 4 times. Not reassuring at all. He opened my eyes, I will check my skin more often and make sure I have no problems but I will look for a less dramatic experience.

Let me start off with the office. The office was nasty, dirty and looks like it's never been vacummed. The building looks like it's falling apart. I went to the bathroom because I was waiting for over an hour and oh my goodness I wanted to throw up!!! How can this be a dr. Office and be so disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. The wait was rediculous!! He would schedule an app at 4pm and would not show up to the office till 4:30 there would be at least 5 people waiting for him for his 4pm appointment while his 4:30's would show up.... I mean REALLY????? Then by the time I would finally get in to see him. Literally 5 min (if it was even that long)to see us. He was nice to us but I would not recommend....

Dr. Dudelzak was great, but their cash-and-check-only policy was inconvenient. I'd recommend Dr. D but bring your checkbook!
