Dr. Jacqueline Muller MD

The wait was a bit long (got to the office on time but ended up waiting about an hour before I was seen). Luckily her offices are very nice and comfortable. I was first seen by another MD (Not Dr. Muller) who did the basic stuff after which Dr. Muller came in. She is very nice and energetic. I felt very comfortable and did not feel rushed at all.

My visit with Dr. Muller today was excellent. I had not had a eye exam in a few years and the whole process was painless and quick. Her staff was friendly and helpful. When Dr. Muller came in to see me she was very upbeat and explained what she was doing along the way. The process was quick and efficient but I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door. She took the time to answer my questions. I would highly reccommend her.

I thought that Dr. Muller was very thorough in her examination and also took the time to get to know me. Great visit.

Unquestionably the most pleasant experience I have had with any medical professional in NYC, ever. Beautiful office, accommodating staff, incredible tech/equipment, and Dr. Muller is 100% on point. I have been seeing Dr. Muller for almost 10 years now. In fact, my whole family and several of my friends now do too. She is brilliant, practices according to the most recent and up to date recommendations, and (even though she sometimes seems a little rushed) still takes the time really getting to know you and explaining everything. Her new office is beautiful too. Even though she stopped taking my insurance, I still see her because I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else.

Dr. Muller is a great doctor: professional and reassuring. She explained every step as she was examining my eyes. She took the time to understand my concerns. Dr. Muller and her staff are thorough, provide clear explanations and extremely helpful. My 14-year old also loves this practice! So, a hit with kids and adults alike. I would recommend this practice any time.

They don’t come any better than Dr. Muller. Don’t waste much time elsewhere looking for better because, frankly, it’s a waste of your time.

Definitely a fast talker, but to the point and on time. Her talking through my procedure actually helped calm me down and distracted me, which worked for me. I'd definitely recommend if you want to get in/out in a quick and efficient manner.

Excellent experience! My dry eyes are better since I started seeing Dr. Muller. She took the time to listen to my issues and provide a treatment plan that has worked. For the first time in years, I no longer have the pain associated with dry eyes! I give Dr. Muller and her staff two thumbs up.

Great experience!! Dr. Muller is very professional, competent and thorough and takes the time to listen and to explain everything in layman terms. The office is also extremely well run and the staff was excellent. Whether you need a routine eye exam, have dry eye issues or are in the market for laser vision correction, I would definitely recommend you see Dr. Muller.

Dr. Muller's office exceeded all my expectations. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient; I felt completely welcome the whole appointment. Dr. Muller took the time to explain everything she was prescribing to me and why, which was incredibly informative.

I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Muller and Dr. Kim. The office staff was incredibly professional and the office itself is immaculate. Everything was explained to me in clear manner and was also educational regarding eye care. I was happy to finally get some help with a problem that I'd been having for years. I would highly recommend this practice!

Recently came into the office for my dry eye and laser vision correction consulation. The office is gorgeous. First and foremost you are greeted by the wonderful girls at the front desk. Then taken into the room for the examination. Dr. Muller was very thorough in regards to my dry eye treatment. I left the office as a very satisfied patient. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Muller and she is truly an exceptional physician. Not only does she always take the time to answer all of my questions, but she provides me with answers that I can understand. Her office is beautiful and her staff is first rate. Doctor was very agressive, confrontational, and quick to diagnose and then leave. It was a really unpleasant experience when I was looking for help. I couldn't believe how unpleasant her bed side manner was.

I am a trained physician myself, and recognize expertise when I see it. Dr, Muller is an excellent doctor, which is not surprising given her training. More suprising was her bedside matter- she is very entertaining! Whoever knew that getting my pupils dilated could be fun!

Dr Muller was awesome. So incredibly nice and knowledgeable. And the fact that she takes clients at 6:45 AM is a lifesaver!

Dr.Muller was very sweet and I felt very comfortable. The whole exam took about 2 hours but it was so worth it. I liked that she talked to me through the whole eye exam and made sure I asked all questions.She adviced me to get rid of my dry eye problem before spending money on glasses and contact lenses which I appreciate.Very sweet and polite staff.

Beautiful office, Great optometrist but I feel Dr Muller didn't spend much time at all and pushed way too many drugs on me.

Seriously the best!!! I am one of those people that never spend the time to write a review, but I had to after my experience with Dr. Muller. She is very professional, competent and thorough and takes the time to listen and to explain everything in layman terms. I have seen several ophthalmologists with the same complaint and symptoms, but I wasn’t properly diagnosed or treated. Dr. Muller correctly diagnosed the problem on the first visit, prescribed the proper treatment and I am finally seeing (no pun intended) great improvement. Her office on Park Ave is absolutely beautiful and very high tech with all the latest equipment. The staff is extremely caring, knowledgeable and service oriented. I have already recommended Dr. Muller to several of my colleagues and friends and they have all had excellent experiences. Coincidently, when I mentioned Dr. Muller to my primary care physician at NY Presbyterian Hospital, she told me that not only does she refer all of her patients to Dr. Muller, but that she too is a patient of hers as well. Exactly what I needed! My eyes have been so dry for months. Dr. Muller explained everything to me and she addressed all my concerns.Her staff is very nice and helpful. The office was like a spa and even offered cucumber water. I have even noticed an improvement in my eyes already!!

She has great staff support, she explained things clearly and was interested in educating me which I appreciated. She was thorough. She provided lots of clear written material. She does interrupt a bit too much...

Excellent! Exactly what a doctor visit should be. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional and I felt extremely comfortable with my visit. The office surroundings were beautiful and so warm and welcoming with the scent of cinnamon in the air. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a thorough eye exam.

The office is beautiful, the reception staff and doctors incredibly friendly and helpful, but the wait was out of control. I had a 1 pm appointment and wasn't seen till nearly 2, but then had to wait two different times while my eyes were dilated (so I couldn't even read!) and finally left the office a little before 4. I was away from my office for nearly FOUR HOURS! Dr. Muller is nice, but I don't think I'll be going back. I can't take another four-hour break from work again.

Dr. Muller was extremely professional and personable, she answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained all aspects of the Lasik procedure for me. Overall, the consultation was a great experience.

Need an eye doctor that does it all? Dr. Muller was absolutely fantastic! I've been having problems, and have seen many Optometrists, Ophthalmologist, etc. I don't have to search any longer for the right one-- Dr. Muller is it! She is right to the point, makes you feel comfortable, and treats you then and there. In short, I would highly recommed her to anyone that is looking for an eye doctor or looking to switch to an amazing practice.

Dr. Muller was wonderful with my daughter. Dr. Muller was very engaging and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She did a thorough exam and came up with a detailed plan of care, where others were unable to. She also explained it all to my daughter so she was able to understand the plan and the importance of following it. In addition, the receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

I've seen Dr. Muller for years, so I love her. She's really nice and she knows her stuff. The only problem that I have (sometimes) is that the wait time can get pretty long. she may be getting too popular...

I thought she was very pushy, did not listen or take her time with the appointment.

I liked the whole staff. They spent a good amount of time with me and listened to all of the questions and comments I had about my eyes. The office is also very calming and beautiful, somewhere between a spa and doctor's office, and overall the whole experience was very welcoming and informative. Will be returning to her as my consistent eye care provider.

Although there was a long wait time, when I called for the appointment they informed me that the doctor was running behind so I was expecting it. She had an early morning appointment, which was great. The office was nice, everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Muller had great bedside manner. Highly recommended. The services I got were a little more than what I wanted (I just wanted a prescription for glasses). That is probably in my best interest. I was just hoping to get in and out bit quicker than I did. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for recommendation is that although the appointment was great, there's room for improvement.

She is so friendly, but also professional and thorough. She literally wrote me out a spread sheet of my daily care routine. Also, the doctors she works with (who conduct the main examine) are great to work with as well!

I felt like I was waiting for a facial in the office rather than eye exam. Dr. Muller's office is beautiful (cucumber water, yes please!) and her staff is super friendly. Dr. Muller herself is one of the nicest doctors I've come across.

Very courteous and extremely thorough, you can definitely tell she cares for her patients. All of the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Muller is a talented professional. She was able to treat my eye condition in a competent manner. Her bedside manner leaves something to be desired. She often yelled when her instructions were not followed during the examination. She was also nasty when I asked her a question. I would reccomend her if you are not bothered by someone with a rough exterior towards her patients.

What a great experience. Booked appointment at 3AM, confirmed at 6:30AM, seen at 8AM (as scheduled). Took my insurance. Helpful staff. Shockingly for NYC, a v. nice doctor's office...I could have hung out all day. Oh yeah, Dr. Muller is great!

Total waste of time, you'll be there for at least 1.5 hours. Find a professional doctor's office. Doctor had me come back 4+ times for a routine problem, which still is ongoing probably because the doctor saw me for about 30 seconds each time. I have to find a new doctor now.

I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Muller. This was my first appointment via ZocDoc and I am very impressed! Her office was gorgeously decorated, with the Food Network on in the waiting room, and each of the exam rooms were clean, pretty and comfortable. I was also impressed that she seems to have all of the technologically advanced equipment, the appointment was the smoothest and most efficient i have truly EVER had at any doctor.

Dr. Muller was a delight! The office was very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The equipment in the examination rooms was all the latest and greatest technology. Dr. Muller's assistants were knowledgable and friendly. And Dr. Muller herself was incredibly knowledgable and informative, and seemed genuinely concerned about my overall health and not just my eyes. She is honest, straightforward, and has great energy. I would highly recommend her.

I saw this doctor for checkup and dry eyes. Other doctors I've seen in the past only prescribed artificial tears for my dry eyes. Dr Muller took a lot of time and is trying to cure my condition rather than merely improving the symptoms. I had a very good overall impression.
