Dr Eskew was--as always--completely fab!! His beard and hair had been recently trimmed and I prefer him looking like composer Johannes Brahms (look at Brahms' photo and you'll see what I mean). James Eskew is the Brahms of otolaryngology.

He took his time with me and gave me his recommendation what I should do next. He answered all of my questions. He explained everything until I was satisfied. He was empathetic to my condition. I could not ask for more in a first visit.
