The receptionist was very friendly and was taken to the room right away.

Calm, cool, and collected bedside manner. Answered all my questions very patiently and honestly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hu took good care of me, made me feel comfortable, and spent plenty of time answering all of my questions. The 40 minute wait for my appointment was a bit bothersome, but I understand that this kind of backup occasionally happens. Otherwise my experience was good!

I found doctor pretty good and genuine, he seemed concern about my condition and helped by explaining it in good detail and by giving appropriate medicine. He also explained me all the side-effects of the medication is good detail. He seemed little confused with my questions but he took time to explain it correctly. One more thing I really liked is doctor James gave time to listen to all the concerns that I had without rushing into it.

If it's not broken, don't fix it. He was very professional and I like him a lot.

He has a very calm manner and appears very knowleable. He performed my treatment the same day, and answered questions not originally planned for in my appointment. I'm usually very nervous with a new doctor, but he and his staff made me very comfortable.

I personally thought he was awful. He was very cold and judgmental. I went in to get shots for keloid scaring and he didn't say a word through the whole process of getting the shots.
