I was rushed in and out. He speaks super fast and at times it is tough to understand everything he is saying. After being told I was to be given a trial insole to help with my arch issues, I was paying my deductible and they try to add on an additional amount for the insole. I told them no, he said this was a trial. They replied yes, but you still need to pay for it. They gave me a printed out form advising me how to soak my foot in epsom salt. Really??? It doesn't take a genius to realize how to soak a foot. They also gave me a printed sheet on how to exercise my foot and calf. I had set up another appointment to see if the insoles "helped", but after all the issues, I handed the lady back the appointment card and said I would never be back. The doctor was seriously with me for about 3-4 minutes. He did nothing! I would not recommend this doctor ever!
