Wait Time
Very quick. After the exam he abruptly left after the exam without saying a word. We had questions that were not answered and were left like deer in the headlights. He is a personable doctor but appeared to be in a tremendous rush. We felt like just another number in a long line of faceless patients. Unfortunate. Wait time was minimal, but our appointment was first thing in the AM.

I started with an audiology appointment before the appointment with Dr. Leffingwell. That appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., I was called a little after 9:30 a.m.
I could over-hear the Dr. with another patient who needed a great deal of attention, but that meant that I wasn't given much of Dr. Leffingwell's time. I probably spent less than 2 minutes with him. His PA was very nice, but also seemed rushed.
I came to this office as Dr. Leffingwell was recommended highly by some coworkers. In the end, he did listen to my complaints and desperation, so that did make up for things.
It would have been nice if someone had apologized for the wait and explained that there was an emergency going on.
Everyone was great. I was treated with respect and the staff was well organized.....one of my better experiences with a doctor in several years.
