Super efficient doctor's appt. As soon as I filled out the new patient forms, I was called- didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Palma discussed what my stomach issues could possibly be, answered any questions I had, and referred me to an allergist. Already have a follow-up appt scheduled for after I see the allergist to discuss next steps after test results came back so we could begin to rule things out.

Very understanding. Seems interested in finding a solution to my problem. Didn't rush through my appointment.

Very professional with a caring and understanding side. Listened to my questions, discussed options and said that he would touch base with my other doctor who recommended this procedure. I can see why his office is very busy!
