Dr. James Roberson MD

Just started seeing Dr. Roberson. Excellent bedside manner, a compassionate doctor I admit. Don't know yet if he'll be able to help me with my problems though. Only time will tell! And that's my major gripe about his office. Time, takes forever to set up a convenient appointment and most staff is not very helpful, professional or consistent.

He is exactly what I have been looking for in a Dr! He takes the time to get to know you and your ailments & doesn't just write you a perscription and send you on your way.

I thought Dr Roberson was very professional. He was also caring and compassionate. His bedside manner was excellent. He was thorough and not quick to medicate (which I like).

Because everyone was trying to get in for the holidays the wait was a lot longer than normal. Usually don't have to wait longer than 10-15 mins.

great! I like that he offers different treatments other that narcotics.

I started seeing Dr. Roberson when he had his private practice in DC.... i followed him to clinton. When i moved to Houston, I had my physicians there consult with him prior to me agreeing to any changes. Now that i am back in DC i drive to Lorton, Va to see him. He is the greatest!

Short wait time, very fast. Dr. Roberson is very personable and overall a pleasant person to talk to.

Excellent, compassionate doctor who listens to you and exudes confidence in his abilities. Great bedside manner!

Dr Roberson is great he is very helpful and knowledgeable.He made great suggestions and seem to really care about his patients, and keeping them informed. Office and staff is professional and I would recommend this doctor to any individual that needs a Rheumatologist. Dr Roberson is great at listening, it feels as though you are dealing with family great job Dr Roberson.

Dr. Roberson has great bedside manner. He also understands my restrictions as far as pain medicine goes and offers alternate solutions to my pain relief.

As ALWAYS my visit was most enjoyable. I wish every doctor who takes an oath to care for people would have the likemindedness of Dr. Roberson. His bedside manner, compassion and professionalism is second to none! From my family to Dr. Roberson's we love and appreciate you more than you'll ever know.

Very personable and professional manner. Intellectually curious. Interested in finding out "why" something is happening instead of just treating "what" is happening. It was immediately obvious that he practices medicine because he wants to help others. This was my first, but not last, appointment with Dr. Roberson. I am thankful to have found this true professional and am excited to have him as part of my medical team.

Intelligent,very good listener, addresses questions and concerns! The only disadvantage for me is that there is no Labcorp in my town (which is what this office uses), so I will have to go out of town to get my labs done. We do have a Quest lab less than five minutes from the Lorton office. It would be nice if the office drew the labs themselves, or gave a choice of using Quest or Labcorp.

Dr. Roberson is an excellent rheumatologist. He's very professional, easy to communicate with, and answers all of my questions and concerns.

A very good personable and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend him to any one who has OA, RA, Lupus or most autoimmune diseases.
