Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Webber spent the majority of her childhood in Greensboro, N.C., where she graduated from Southeast Gullford High School
as valedictorian. She entered the six year combined B.S.M.D. educational program at Howard University where she graduated with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, and Summa Cum Laude.
Upon graduating in 1987 from Howard University College of Medicine, Dr. Webber started her internship at Howard University Hospital, where she completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship.
Dr. Webber then moved to San Francisco for a one-year echocardiography fellowship at the University of San Francisco, California at Moffitt Hospital. She is boarded in internal medicine and cardiology. She is also a Fellow of American College of Cardiology, and Fellow of American College of Physicians.
Dr. Webber is dedicated to patient care in the practice of cardiology. She has served the Prince George’s County community for several years working at Prince George’s Hospital Center as the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. She is married to Dr. Stephen Webber, an Orthopedic Surgeon with Capitol Orthopedic Specialists
