Dr. Ludwig takes his time during the examination and answers any and all questions. He remembers his patients and is quite personable. As I have done in the past, I will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs this service.

I went in to see Dr. Ludwig with eye infections in both eyes. I thought his examination was thorough and he explained what was probably causing the infection and what my next steps would be before my follow up.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with an optometrist. Dr. Ludwig is fantastic, as is the rest of the staff. Will definitely return!

Dr. Ludwig was very nice and patient. He understood my fears and made me feel calm about the new procedure I was going to have to deal with.

Dr. Ludwig was great, but I was less than pleased with his support staff. They could not locate the medical records I faxed and the medical assistant who did my refraction and dilation had poor bedside manner. Given how briefly I interacted with Dr. Ludwig, I'm not sure if I'd return if it means dealing with the same support staff.

I had a very thorough eye exam and was very pleased. Dr. Ludwig is very personable and I found him to be highly competent, as well as professional. I will definitely return when the need arises, and refer him to friends & family.

Generally I thought the appointment was good but I waited in the exam room for almost 45 minutes after my initial exam to have the doctor take a look at my eyes. Might have been a fluke but I was a little annoyed.

Professional and friendly staff, waited no more than ten minutes. Dr. Ludwig is very personable and gave me samples of contacts to try before purchasing a whole box. I would highly recommend him.

Office looked very busy, but I saw the doctor in only 10 minutes, and got the most thorough eye exam of my life. Very friendly and professional.
