Dr. Jay Adlersberg has practiced rheumatology for 37 years. He is an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and an attending physician at Lenox Hill Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center and The NYU Langone Hospital for Joint Diseases. His main interests are rheumatoid arthritis, the arthritis of psoriasis, back pain and sports injuries.
On multiple occasions, Dr. Adlersberg has been voted one of the best doctors in New York by New York Magazine and the Castle Connelly Guide. In 2004, Dr. Adlersberg was elected to the Board of Governors of the Arthritis Foundation, New York Chapter, where he serves to the present time.
He is also known to millions of viewers in the Tristate as the Health and Medical Reporter for WABC-TV's Eyewitness News.
