I asked for a cyst to be removed. And his comment was if it is not broke dont try and fix it. I understand that it would have left a scar and I would prefer the scar rather than the bump on my face.
They were not discreet at ALL, I was put in the most awkward situation with my clothes off while they kept walking in and out of the room- which was adjacent to the staff desk, several times the people behind the desk saw me with my shirt off. The entire staff changed their mood against me when I decided to turn down a biopsy. The whole thing made me feel like they did not care about my privacy and just wanted my money! Absolutely ridiculous, I will never schedule an appointment there again for any reason and I do not recommend going to this doctor. Completely unprofessional.

Dr. Boucher was friendly, professional & reassuring. He was geniunely concerned about me and my skin. I will continue going to him in the future.
