Dr. Gould went to undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He trained in Ob/Gyn at George Washington University Hospital. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery.
He does a lot of surgery thru instruments that avoid larges incisions – that is hysteroscopy and pelviscopy. He is certified to do pelviscopy tubal ligations as well as essure tubual ligation (sterilization) that avoids an incision. He also has a special interest in endometrical ablation- both Novasure and Thermal Choice balloon-which is a procedure to stop heavy bleeding without requiring a hysterectomy.
He is married with two grown sons.
