Totally cool and professional. I came into Dr. Halbrecht's office with an MRI in hand from another doctor and was seen right away. I figured the visit would serve as a surgery consultation for my ripped ACL. Well, it was and it wasn't. I also received immediate care and examination. Had my knee effectively drained (so much fluid had built up blehhhh), was referred to pre-operative physio, and had x-rays taken within the hour I was there. And I was slated for surgery less than a month out. The surgery itself went over really smoothly. Jeffrey knows what he's doing, both in the professional guidance and his handiwork. The man seemed so calm prior to surgery, and although I was pretty relaxed to begin with, I found it very reassuring. Now let's talk about the work done. Forget how you drilled 10mm holes into my bones, sidled in a replacement ligament, and screwed it all into place - how in hell did you manage to do it through a one inch incision!? Where's my badass scar?? I feel jipped. In all seriousness: thank you. My leg feels a whole lot more whole now.
