Jenna is dual certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) who graduated with a Master’s in Science from Georgetown University. Previously, she attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. During that time she wrote her thesis “Preventing Perineal Trauma: A Review of the Literature.”
Her clinical experiences have been diverse including community hospitals, academic high risk hospitals and even a birth center. She enjoys working with a diverse population of patients throughout their lifespan for obstetric and gynecological care. In addition Jenna also specializes in sexual dysfunction, painful intercourse, low libido, intimacy concerns, and recurrent vaginitis. Her conviction is that every woman deserves a safe satisfying health care experience of their choosing. “Knowledge is power!”
Jenna is currently a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM) and International Pelvic Pain Society (IPPS).
Jenna is a native South Floridian who moved to DC for graduate school and fell in love with the city. While she misses the Florida beaches and her family/friends, she loves all of the things DC and the surrounding areas have to offer. She enjoys being active in her profession, traveling, high heels, cooking, being crafty, trying new restaurants, and exploring metro DC.
