Dr. Jennifer Randall MD

I had been sick for several days while on the road for work. I was able to book an appointment on Thursday evening for the next morning. When I arrived, Dr. Randall's office was extremely efficient...I was in to see her (not a PA) before I had even finished filling out my questionnaire. She took my medical history, examined me, and prescribed an antibiotic (sent straight to my pharmacy) and had me back on my way. She was thorough but efficient...nice to not lose half a day to a doctor visit!

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Randall. She was very professional, polite, and thorough.

I was a new patient for Dr. Randall and Bergen Medical and it had been a few years since I had had a complete physical. She was very thorough, took all of my history.. I came back 2 days later for my blood work and she called me on Sat. morning with the results.I would highly recommend Dr. Randall and Bergen Medical.

Doctor Randall takes a very holistic approach with her patients, not a clinical one. She focuses on all of the factors in an individual's life, that can impact their health. She does not rush the appointment, as she wants to ensure all questions ( hers and the patient's) are answered. I feel I am recieving excellent care, and would highly recommend her.

I picked Dr. Randall because of the positive feedback on ZocDoc and it was so true! I had a great experience and appreciated the time she spent really getting to know me and understanding my concerns. I loved that she brings you in herself first and THEN decides what other nurses ect. you need to see. AND less than 24 hours later she called herself with the lab results! It was a GREAT experience, happy to have an amazing PCP!

Dr Randall was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was very warm and helpful. Dr. Randall saw me immediately after I was done filling out my paperwork, was a good listener and really cared about what I had to say during our initial consultation. She's also very professional, knowledgeable and is definitely not the type of doctor who wants you in and out of the office as quickly as possible. I also had to get blood work done and the women in the lab were wonderful, as well. Highly recommended!

Very detailed, great listener, professional, and wonderful doctor, I'm so glad I found her. Unlike other practices, she sees you directly, without talking to a nurse first, so there's no need to repeat yourself, and can have an actual conversation to discuss any concerns. Never felt rushed. Would highly recommend!

First consultation for a general check-up. She was thorough and is easy to talk to. Plan on using her as my Primary Doctor.

I think Dr. Randall was fantastic every time I've seen her. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I am always seen right away. Dr. Randall always listens without interrupting, is very thorough, and easy to talk to. She takes her time and ensures that you understand and agree with all she is saying. Couldn't recommend her more!
