The entire experience was above and beyond. Beautiful office, no waiting, and Dr. Ahluwalia is both super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone I come in contact with.

Dr. Ahluwalia is great! Despite showing up during a busy time, she spent time carefully assessing my situation and diagnosis and walked me through everything, from immediate treatment to preventative care. Jesleen patiently answers your questions and genuinely cares about educating patients on their skin care regimen, which is great especially for a science geek like me who tends to ask a ton of quesions. Also, she doesn't make you schedule another appointment if it's not necessary. I trust her with any dermatological concerns in the future.

My appointments with Dr. Ahluwalia are always brief. Unlike other Dermatologists I've seen she never spends a long time looking at my skin—BUT she's the only person in years of dermatologist visits who has managed to make a huge difference in my skin. Within several months of seeing her my complexion has been transformed for the better.

She was the best dermatologist I've seen, and I've been to a lot. She actually took the time to listen to my symptoms, what I had to say, and what I thought was wrong instead of taking a quick glance, diagnosing, and moving on to the next patient like most other doctors do. She put more thought into her diagnosis than any other doctor has, and is very helpful about figuring out a plan to fix my problem that also fits with my budget.

My first visit with Jesleen was very positive. I came in with some benign growths that I wanted removed. She was very clear in explaining the cause of them, removed them, and provided me with further prevention treatment instructions. I will definitely go back to Spring Street Dermatology because of Jesleen, the professionalism of the office staff, and short wait time.

Great service from the moment you step through the doors to the time you leave from the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Virtually no waiting time and The office is well kept, clean and airy. They also provide refreshments (coffee, water, snacks) in the waiting room, which is nice.

She was very knowledgeable and straightforward. Her assistant asked a lot of good questions and, unlike a number of dermatologists I have seen in the city so far, they had me take off my makeup first. Makes sense, right? I appreciate that they focused on making my skin healthy and not pushing their own brand of products or the next new treatment. I am glad that I changed doctors and I feel confident my skin will improve in her care.

The receptionist was quite lovely & even apologized for the long wait. I was prescreened before seeing Dr. Ahluwalia but once she arrived I had to relay the same information to her. She didn't touch my skin & I had to remind her to check out two things I scheduled the appt. for. She was very nice but seemed occupied, I will not be returning.

The office is fantastic, and the staff is very helpful. My visit with Dr. Ahluwalia felt a little short but I did think she gave me good advice and recommendations.

The wait time was a bit long, but her staff was professional and the office was comfortable. I would recommend her.
