Great attitude and informative.

Dr. Tran was very kind and patient. She recommended daily contacts to me vs. two week contacts, and they fit very well.

Today was the first time I visited this office. Everything about my visit was seamless. The staff was incredible, super friendly and professional, and made sure I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. As busy New Yorkers, it's nice to see an office be respectful and mindful of our schedules, especially when taking time out of the middle of the day. They made sure to tell me ahead of time to block out about one hour for my entire visit (exam and selecting my new glasses..which took me the longest!) and sure enough, I was out the front door with time to spare! Dr. Tran was incredibly sweet, but most importantly, thorough in her examination and incredibly patient with my many questions. By far, one of the best experiences I've had with a doctor's office in a long time.

Jessica is very friendly, thorough about your options and clearly very knowledgeable. I felt that I had a much better idea of when I should be looking to wear glasses or contacts after meeting with her than before, and she offered to lower the correction so that my eyes could adjust to them since I complained that sometimes with new glasses, the change is a bit overwhelming and I am reluctant to wear them. I highly recommend Jessica for a checkup or for anyone with strabismus who would like to learn more about their condition and options.

Dr. Tran was very professional and nice. She is obviously well educated and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her, but note that the office was a little weird. This is probably because it is a shared office. I did not like being in the same room as other patients when doing my pre-screening eye tests. Nor did I like that no one greeted me or helped me at the front desk when I came in, so I didn't know when I would actually get to see my doctor.

Excellent visit -- Dr. Tran slightly adjusted the size and prescription of my contacts, and I'm seeing better already!
