Very attentive, listens and advises on your questions and concerns. Never felt the "rush out the door" that you often feel during other visits.

Dr. Adams is probably the best doctor that I've ever encountered in the city. And his practice, NYDG, is immaculate and staffed with very helpful/nice assistants and administrative staff. While I could tell that it was a busy afternoon in the office, Dr. Adams still took ample time with me to ease my concerns and plan a course of action that got me feeling better within a couple of days. Dr. Adams' sense of humor and attention to detail were greatly appreciated - I'll definitely be back in the future!

45min wait is unacceptable, especially since all I needed was a script filled.

I'm seen very quickly, staff are knowledgeable and pleasant, and Dr. Adams himself is thorough and walks through all of my questions and answers in ways that are very easy to understand. Dr. Adams is by far the best primary care physician I have ever seen. He clearly cares about his patients' well being. I found Dr. Adams through ZocDoc, made an appointment for the next day online. Went in a little early to my appointment, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. My appointment was for 3:00 pm, I waited about 10 minutes before the nurse brought me into the exam room, she was extremely apologetic for the wait time (10 minutes to me is nothing, considering some doctors make you wait up to an hour). She asked me all the new patient questions and left stating that Dr. Adams would be in shortly, I waited about 5 minutes when Dr. Adams poked his head in and said he was just finishing up, and that he would be with me as soon as possible. Dr. Adams returned to the exam room after about 5 minutes, he gave me his complete attention and was very thorough on his answers and very attentive, he helped me with medical problems that I didn't think there was an answer to, as other doctors told me I would have to wait it through, and he said that was nonsense and gave me a routine to take care of the problem! I would highly recommend Dr. Adams to anyone who is looking for a doctor that will listen to their patient and take care of the problem with full compassion and understanding.
