As an avid sports enthusiast and team Orthopedic Surgeon to the Philadelphia 76ers; Dr. John J. McPhilemy has a history of showing compassion to his patients and peers alike. As the president of the Philadelphia Orthopedic Society and a former president of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, Dr. McPhilemy has a passion for continuing education and furthering advances in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. In addition to his clinical duties Dr. McPhilemy serves as both a Chairman and Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
