He was very professional and knowledgeable. He examined me in his office and ran tests. He then recommended a doctor that specialized in my condition and arranged for me to see him right away. I really appreciated that because I am a senior citizen and that saved me from having to make another trip downtown.
He was very informative and pointed me to the correct specialist for my hearing.
He was extremely knowledgable and attentive.
