The staff was very nice and helpful. I was late to my appointment and that was not an issue. The doctor was very thorough, and preformed tests I never had before. the doctor was very nice and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Minutillo was great, and his staff is wonderful. I am definitely making him my primary care physician. He is a cardiologist so they will give you an EKG as a standard part of your physical, which is nice. They also are able to draw blood, so you can avoid the hassle of having to go to a lab.

I found all of the staff and Dr Minutillo be some of the nicest medical professionals I've encountered in the city. I will certainly return the next time I need a doctor.

I had confirmed my appointment for noon, but for some reason it went into their records as 12:40. I don't know if it was a problem on zocdoc's side, or on the doctor's side, but it was annoying. Though it was probably an isolated incident.

I only went for one visit - a general check-up. Everything ran smoothly, the staff were nice, knowledgable, and the doctor was pleasant. So far, so good!

I first saw Dr. Minutillo based on recommendations from ZocDoc, but I have to say that after having been back a few times for illness and regular exams, I'm really not that impressed. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes, even if I'm the first appointment in the morning, and in those cases it's because the nurses and the doctor simply haven't shown up to work yet. Dr. Minutillo is a very nice man, but I never feel like he's taking my medical concerns seriously. Perhaps he's better as a cardiologist, but I definitely would not recommend him to anyone as a primary care physician.

Dr. Minutillo is fantastic! His front office staff are friendly and have a genuine care for the doctor's patients. His nursing staff is courteous and they make you feel right at home. The doctor is thorough, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended

The only good experience Ive had with a doctor and his office since moving to NY. Saw me at the scheduled time - no waiting. And even apologized that he was running a few minutes behind when the nurse was done with me - I was shocked. Im used to waiting a half hour in a dump of an office.

Everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. The receptionist was beyond nice, and made the visit a breeze. I would highly recommend this practice and will definitely be making John Minutillo my primary care doctor while residing in New York.
