I think that I was the most challenging visitor of the day since I was a new patient and the logistics of the insurance was a lot more complicated than expected. Other than the issue with my co-payment and the hour long wait, it was in fact very refreshing that Dr. Breadon was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient when meeting with her. Her front desk rep (I think she was the doctors niece at the front desk) was also very patient and apologetic considering the initial challenges with the paperwork that we were having.

The office is very attractive. The receptionists and other staff are helpful and courteous. I did not mind the wait. There were several pages of previous health information to be filled and other important data the doctor needs to enable her to make proper decisions and give clients after-care advice. She took the time to listen. This is the second time in 16 years I have seen her. What she then did clear all my problems. I did not even consider going to another dermatologist.

Love her! She was sweet, funny, and most important knowledgeable! She knew her stuff and really made me feel like I will get better soon! She gave me information to better learn the skin problem I was dealing with-it which made me feel like I could control it instead of it controlling me.

Once again, Jonith and her staff provided exceptional service. She was thorough in her examination and diagnosis.

The entire staff were professional, warm and inviting. While I was nervous about the visit, everyone made my visit comfortable. Dr. Breadon was like big sister/mom talking to me, giving me an education about what she was doing and why. I felt like an individual, not a number!

Dr. Jonith didn't make me feel nervous and she took her time with me and let me ask questions, she explained everything to me and didn't make me feel rushed.

The wait was about an hour because of a mishap with the receptionist and call back to change my appointment time. I am new patient and so far I like what I am hearing as far as my treatment.
