The reception staff are very friendly. Dr. Stern took the time to listen to my problem and give me the advise I needed to proceed. I have a follow up appointment in 6 weeks. I was very please.

Visiting Dr. Jordan's office was a refreshingly good experience. The staff were excellent, prompt, the facilities were uplifting and my interactions with Dr Stern were thorough and to the point. I work downtown and was in and out in less than 1 hour.

I am very impressed with the use of web, texting and internet services and found the staff and doctor very amenable and professional. The waits however were excessive. Besides the long wait to see Dr. Stern there was a long wait in the middle of the visit.

I was really anxious about this visit since I haven't been to an ENT for several years. All in all it was an informative session and I'm so happy I went, but I wish Dr. Stern was a little more sensitive about my hearing disorder. I would and will return to the office and I trust his diagnosis, but I would have appreciated a little more reassurance. I will say, however, his reaction to the test results has made me all the more proactive. I feel positive about moving forward. Dassan Ali was also great -- very informative and helpful.

He is a great doctor. Saw me right away, he sounds very knowledgable, helped me out with my nasal congestion and my boyfriend's clogged ears. I highly reccomend him.

It was great to walk into a doctor's office having made an appointment probably 30 minutes prior and feel like it was scheduled weeks ago and they were expecting me. Dr. Stern and his staff were great. Dr. Stern took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease.
